Players' Black Hat thinking drains GMs

While Black Hat thinking can be useful, frequent and persistent questioning and criticism forces the GM to expend more creative energy (how do I explain? answer? etc), stops momentum and drains GMs of energy. It is the opposite of the Yes And in improv and roleplay [1].
